A main part of the Blatchford system is a focus on giving patients what they want. It's a focus on finding out what their smile means to them.

Surprisingly this is a radical concept for many in the dental profession, and it can be difficult to implement in a dental practice. On this episode of the podcast, we are excited to introduce you to our newest consultant hygienist Denise Enos.

Denise's first experience with Blatchford Solutions is similar to the first experience many team members of dental practices have... the team trying to prove to the doctor that the new systems won't work and they should just continue with their old habits.
